When you submit a booking form, call us or contact us on WhatsApp, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, suburb, service address, appliance details, preferred date and description of the fault.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested service, arrange technician attendance, communicate about the booking and maintain a basic service record. We do not request unnecessary identity or financial information through the booking form.

Who receives booking information

Website requests are sent to info@washingmachinerepairpros.co.za and copied to mitukatenflap@gmail.com for operational follow-up. Relevant booking information may be shared with the technician assigned to the request. We do not sell booking details to advertisers.

Storage and security

We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information. Email and web systems are not risk-free, so customers should not send card numbers, passwords or highly sensitive personal records through the booking form or WhatsApp.

Retention

Booking records may be retained for customer service, operational, warranty and legal purposes, and removed when they are no longer reasonably required.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to correct inaccurate information, explain how your booking information is being used, or request deletion where no legal or operational reason requires continued retention.
